Day 1 Departure City → Changsha

Take high-speed rail, flight or other transportation to Changsha,
the popular internet-famous capital city of Hunan. Check into the
designated hotel upon arrival and have a rest. You may freely
explore downtown Changsha. Visit classic landmarks such as Orange
Isle, stroll along century-old Taiping Street and Pozi Street.
Taste local specialties including stinky tofu, sugar oil cakes,
Chayan Yuese milk tea and chopped pepper fish head. Experience the
strong urban life and charm of Changsha. No arranged group
activities today. Please take good care of your personal safety and
belongings during free time.
Day 2 Changsha → Shaoshan Red Scenic Spot → Zhangjiajie

After breakfast, we will take a special bus to Shaoshan, the
hometown of Chairman Mao, a well-known red revolutionary sacred
place with rich historical and cultural heritage. Here you can pay
homage at the memorial square, attend the flower laying ceremony,
visit the Mao Family Ancestral Hall and memorial exhibition hall to
learn about his life stories and great deeds. Afterwards, we will
head to fairyland-like Zhangjiajie, check into the hotel and rest
well to get ready for the upcoming mountain scenic tour.
Day 3 Tianmenshan National Forest Park → Zhangjiajie National
Forest Park

After breakfast, we head to Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park,
taking the world’s longest alpine cable car with tickets included
to reach the mountaintop and enjoy the stunning mountain views.
Renowned for Tianmen Cave, the scenic spot features four
world-famous wonders and two ancient natural mysteries. You can
walk along the famous cliff glass skywalk and explore various
unique trails to admire breathtaking high-altitude scenery. After
lunch, visit Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, a world natural
heritage and 5A-level scenic area famous for marvelous peak
forests. Take a relaxing walk along clear Golden Whip Stream and
enjoy the full panoramic peak landscape at Huangshizhai. In the
evening, you may choose to watch wonderful local folk performances
at your own expense to experience authentic western Hunan ethnic
customs and culture.
Day 4 Zhangjiajie National Forest Park → Yuanjiajie → Yangjiajie

After breakfast, we will deeply explore the core Wulingyuan Scenic
Area to appreciate nature’s amazing peak forests, serene valleys,
lush woods and waterfalls. We first visit Yuanjiajie, the core
scenic spot of Zhangjiajie and the filming site of Avatar, where you can overlook varied strange peaks, visit misty Mixun
Platform and the spectacular No.1 Natural Bridge, and wander among
sea of clouds and peaks like being in a fairyland. Then proceed to
Yangjiajie to view grand unique peak wall landscapes, walk through
One Step to Heaven and Sky Corridor, and admire waterfalls and
various natural sights to enjoy peaceful and tranquil mountain
scenery far away from crowds.
Day 5 Zhangjiajie → Furong Town → Fenghuang Ancient Town

Depart after breakfast for the millennium internet-famous ancient
town — Furong Town, formerly named Wangcun. With a history of more than 2,000 years,
it became well-known for the movie Furong Town. It is a unique ancient town hanging on a waterfall. Wander along the bluestone ancient streets, appreciate the
spectacular waterfall running through the town, visit stilted
houses, old streets and traditional shops. Taste local snacks such
as rice tofu (Furong Town cruise fee included).
Later take the coach to Fenghuang Ancient Town, reputed as the most beautiful ancient town in China. Check into
the hotel and start your night tour of Fenghuang in the evening.
Stroll along the Tuojiang River, enjoy the lit stilted houses
reflecting on the river surface. Wander across Hongqiao Bridge,
bluestone old streets and Wind & Rain Bridge. Feel the classic
charm of Shen Congwen’s Border Town, pursue the story of Cuicui, and experience the romance,
tenderness and strong mortal life of the millennium ancient town.
Day 6 Fenghuang → Original Western Hunan Miao Village → End of Trip

Gather after breakfast and head to the century-old original Western Hunan Miao Village. It is an ancient settlement of Miao people, hometown of famous
singers Song Zuying and He Jiguang, and the only Miao Village
visited by former national leaders in western Hunan. Walk into the
village to learn about Miao architectural features, folk customs
and simple local life, exploring the profound thousand-year culture
of the Miao nationality.
The whole journey comes to a successful end after the visit. You
may take the group coach back or arrange your own follow-up trip,
concluding a wonderful in-depth tour integrating red culture,
strange mountains and rivers, ancient towns and Miao customs.

arranged by our travel agency. Please shop carefully.
Group Rule: Do not leave the group without permission. If you need to leave
for special reasons, please inform the tour guide and sign a
departure form. Please ensure your personal safety.

- Before signing this agreement, the travel agency has informed
tourists of potential safety risks. By signing, tourists confirm
that they understand all risks and accept all related consequences.
- The travel agency shall not be liable for any personal injury or
property loss caused by optional self-funded activities.
- Domestic hotel standards are relatively basic, please make
preparation in advance. During peak seasons (March 1 to October 15
and special holidays), if the reserved hotels are fully booked or
temporarily requisitioned by the government, we have the right to
replace them with equivalent or higher-grade hotels. Hotel
check-out time is 12:00 noon.
- No refund for unused meals. All set meals do not include drinks.
Dishes in group restaurants may be similar.
The included tickets are only the first entrance tickets. Internal
shuttle vehicles and additional scenic spots are not included. All
tickets are sold at discounted rates. No further discount or refund
will be given for serviceman ID, disability ID, senior citizen ID
and other preferential certificates. If scenic spots are
unavailable due to force majeure or policy changes, we have the
right to cancel or replace equivalent spots. No refund for free
attractions. The order of scenic spots and accommodation can be
adjusted. The visiting time shown in the itinerary is from arrival
to departure
- Business vehicles are used throughout the trip with one independent
seat for each passenger. When arriving at scenic spots and
restaurants, all guests must get off. The vehicle will not remain
open with air conditioning for individual rest. Do not leave
valuables on the vehicle.
- No refund for any voluntarily abandoned travel items.
- The company reserves the right of final interpretation of the above
