AF series foam pump is a new generation of products developed by our factory on the basis of absorbing foreign advanced technology.

It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, coal, chemical and other departments. It is suitable for conveying abrasive slurry containing foam. This series of pumps can effectively eliminate the foam in the slurry during operation. It can still work normally under the condition of insufficient material, especially suitable for various flotation process, and it is an ideal product for conveying foam slurry.

Advantage

1. This type of pump is used in SP type bearing assembly. The bearing body is equipped with motor seat or motor frame. It can be directly or indirectly driven. It can be easily replaced with pulley to change the speed of the pump to meet the changing conditions.

2. The material box is made of steel structure or stainless steel, steel lining rubber, etc. It has a tangential feed port and an overflow box. The overflow box can conveniently send the excess incoming material back to the material pool. The tangential inlet can make the material quick. Ground into the pump and eliminate some of the foam.

3. The structure of the pump head is a double pump casing structure. According to different conveying media, the overcurrent components can be: metal, rubber, or other non-metallic materials.
