Pouch laminating film is a pre-laminated material used as protective layer for paper material or photos. It is polyester film coated with hot melt EVA adhesion in advance and hot melt onto paper material when laminating.

How to Operate Pouch Laminating Film?

Sheet with lamination films passes through heated rollers and due to the effect of heat it sticks together. Heated rollers moves with reasonable speeds applying some pressure on the laminate. Both pressure and temperature contribute for bonding strength of the laminating pouch.
