Telescopic Lip Loading Dock Leveler Description:

• The telescopic lip loading dock leveler has a retractable lip that aims safe unloading into trucks, even when the goods are at the edge of the truck bed.Thanks to its retractable lip, it can get to places where the standard leveller cannot reach. In addition, it allows greater attachment to the bed of the vehicle. This telescopic loading dock leveller is designed for installations where thermal insulation is an issue, both inside and outside.

Noted: Usually the telescopic lip loading dock levellers width is 2000mm, it also can be custom as your requirements!.The lip can be retractable to reach 800mm/900/1000mm.

Main Features:

• 1. 20mm thickness milling flute plate make the telescopic lip
• 2. 8 pieces "C" or "H" beam to support heavay duty deck.
• 3. Anti-skid high-strength chequered steel on the top face of the platform.
• 4. Full width one -piece retactable lip movement by hydraulic oil cylinder.
• 5. Heavy duty high pressure hydraulic cylinders
• 6. First class imported hydraulic power pack, good seal capacity and long lifespan.
• 7. Rubber Bumpers to protect machine-self when the truck back up to dock platform.
• 8. Full range toe guard to protect user when operater use it.
