Working Principle:
A voice coil motor module consists of a permanent magnet and a coil
of wire. When an electrical current passes through the coil, it

the movement and position of the sliding platform can be controlled
precisely.

Voice coil motor module is a linear platform with high resolution, short stroke, light weight and low noise. Ideal for high-precision, short-range, low-noise applications. Because of its small size, it is especially suitable for narrow space. The voice coil motor is composed of coil, magnet and driving magnet. The base is precision machined by aviation aluminum, which has good stability and can do high-speed oscillation and reciprocating movement. The coil is connected to the control circuit, and when a current is applied, it generates a magnetic field that interacts with the magnet's magnetic field, causing the magnet to move and drive the structure. Its positioning accuracy reaches 0.1um-0.5um and acceleration reaches 20G. The voice coil motor module linear platform is particularly suitable for closed-loop servo applications with short strokes. The voice coil actuator platform enables machining position, speed, acceleration and force control. Voice coil motors have the advantages of high resolution, short stroke, light weight and low noise, making them ideal for high-precision, short-distance and low-noise applications.
