Test Range 20-110Mpa Apply To C50-C100 Concrete Test Hammer HTH-450 High Strength
Brief introduction:
A test hammer impacts, with a predetermined amount of energy, a
steel plunger in
contact with a surface of concrete, and the distance that the
hammer rebounds is
measured .
Along with the development of construction! high building

concrete also becomes more popular in the future, which needs a
special test hammer to test high strength concrete. HT-450 test
hammer was developed from HT-25, used to/ test high strength
concrete, and test range is 20-110MPa. HT-450 test hammer is used
to test high strength concrete compressive strength like high rise,
bridge. And apply to C50-C100 concrete

Technical requirements:
1.The instrument measuring rebound value must use energy 4.5J test
hammer. The rebound hammer impact length is 100mm. The spherical
radius of top of rebound pole is 18mm. The test hammer must have
certification of manufacturer and detection institution. It must
have product name, type,manufacturer name or brand, manufacturing
number and date of production.
2. Test hammer must confirm following standard status:
①Horizontal impact. When impact unhooking, the impact energy must
be 4.5J,.
②When the hammer impact the impact-pole, impact spring should be
free status, and impact-hammer at the position of 0 point.
③On a test anvil of HRC 60+/-2, calibration value should be 88+/-2.
