1. Tested object: BLDC motor for fan
2. Product specification: BLDC motor testing system is suit for testing various motors used
in home appliances such as air conditioner, fan, air blower, air
purifier. There are two types of BLDC motor distinguished by the
position of driver, one is internal driver motor, the other one is
external driver motor. Test items are different depend on the motor
type.

5.1 Internal driver BLDC motor:
Safety: AC Hipot, insulation resistance.
Low voltage start: adjusting voltage of Vsp or Vm to test the performance of motor.
No-loading (optional): no-loading current, no-load power, no-load speed, rotation, FG testing.
On-loading: On-load current, on-load power, on-load speed, rotation.
5.2 External driver BLDC motor:
Safety: AC Hipot, insulation resistance, impulse, DC winding resistance, (testing of motor stator)
Back EMF: EMF voltage, phase, phase difference between back EMF and Hall, (not including motor without Hall inside)
Hall: high electrical level, low electrical level, duty cycle, frequency.
On-load performance: on-load current, on-load power, on-load speed, rotation.
On-load torque/speed is subject to standard sample, OK/NG tolerance can be set.
