The high-speed crushing pump is especially suitable for high-speed
cutting, crushing and tearing of materials such as knots, livestock
and poultry manure, rag sanitary napkins, etc. in various
materials, and can also be used for siphon cutting and crushing
instead of submersible pumps. The high-speed crushing pump has a
wide application range, good energy-saving effect, simple
operation, convenient use, and no vibration and noise.
The main structure of the rotating stator of the high-speed
crushing pump: it consists of high-speed motor, connecting device
and pump casing. The pump casing is provided with an inlet and
outlet flange. The working chamber of the pump body is a crescent
knife, a double-blade cutter, a four-blade double-edged shearing
knife, a large-hole stator, a multi-leaf double-edged shearing
knife, a small-hole stator, and a centrifugal fan blade.
Knife and fine knife device. The main process is to make the large
particles in the solid and liquid materials with a crescent knife
and two knives for strong cutting, and then distribute them to a
four-blade double-edged knife and a large-hole stator for
high-speed strong shearing and then enter the next cutting process.
The particles coming out from the reverse side of the large-hole
stator are further sheared and pulverized by the six-leaf
double-edged blade sandwiched between the large and small-hole
stators. The six-leaf double-edged blade functions mainly: two-way
shearing and crushing. Cutting the material from the large hole and
cutting the material to enter the fine-hole stator.
We also design a plurality of centrifugal blades under the
fine-pore stator to shear and break the material from the small
hole, and finally reach the specified fineness. The object is
transported out by centrifugal means through a refining device.
